Dental Health- All About Teeth
This week we have been
learning all about teeth. Here are some fun activities we did!
We made our own set of adult teeth with 32 marshmallows...16 on the top and 16 on the bottom. We practiced brushing and flossing our marshmallow teeth!
We made a T-chart with foods that were GOOD and BAD for our teeth!
We practiced flossing "food" (playdough) out of teeth (legos)!
We read informational books on teeth!

Mr. Potato Head
Parents,
I
have exciting news! We filled up Mr. Potato Head once again! I am so
proud of the students for their great behavior! To celebrate we will watch a
movie and have popcorn on Monday, February 24, 2014. Students can
bring in a stuffed animal, pillow, or blanket but it MUST fit in
their backpack! J

The Tooth Fairy came to visit our class on Monday. We learned about how to have good dental hygiene.

Winter Olympics
We have been learning about the
Winter Olympics. We had our very own Winter Olympics in our classroom. We had 6 sports…bobsledding,
ice skating, skiing, luge, hockey, and snowboarding.
